This is a very special kind of yoga retreat - my very first - taking place at La Foresteria of the Planeta family, a dreamy wine resort in Menfi, on the landscapes of Western Sicily – a super high end luxury experience for the senses. Spend 5 days, 4 nights, combining the best of yoga and wine, food and nature, art and culture, to learn, to relax, to enjoy.

To keep this retreat exclusive, the number of spots is limited to 10 people. This creates an intimate familiar environment, where everyone can get to know eachother, but there is enough space to relax and retreat. Further, there will be enough time for you to go deep into the things we learn and discover, whether it is during the yoga classes and workshops, the cooking class, visiting archelogical sites or the premium wine tasting.
